This is a general guide. Your clinician’s written instructions for your specific product and health situation take priority.
Before treatment
- Disclose all medication, neuromuscular conditions and previous toxin treatments.
- Report pregnancy, breastfeeding, infection and allergies.
- Agree expectations for facial movement before treatment.
At-home care
- Do not rub or massage injection points on the day of treatment.
- Most daily activities can usually resume immediately; follow any individual restrictions.
- Do not judge the result in the first hours — allow time for the product to act.
Possible reactions
Short-lived redness, small bumps, tenderness or bruising at injection points.
When to seek help
Difficulty breathing, swallowing or speaking, generalised weakness, or signs of a severe allergy require urgent medical care.
For sudden dangerous symptoms, do not wait for a Direct reply — contact local emergency services.
